I’m a full-time artist, currently living in Seattle. My main focus is drawing. I lived the first 23 years of my life in Tehran before I moved to France to study Fine Art. I moved to Seattle in 2013 and have been living the double life since then. I am doing my best to curate the ANTiPODE exhibition.

I’m a scientist, currently researching the sense of touch and haptics. I lived the first 23 years of my life in Tehran before I moved to Seattle to study liquid droplets at UW. I moved to Seattle in 2010 and have been living the double life since then. I am doing my best to help Saïna with ANTiPODE.
In its first chapter, ANTiPODE likes to extend its special thanks to:
Lake City Framing, a locally owned family business established in 1951, for their support in fulfilling our framing needs.
Andrew Larson from IMAGINE Visual Service, a wide-format digital printer in Seattle, for their support in printing and providing materials.
Glasswing, a retail shop and plant design studio on Capitol Hill, and a platform for hosting art shows and creative workshops, for their support in hosting a dance party at ANTiPODE.
Ground Hum, a winter celebration of experimental music, dance, and installation art provided by a group of friends and artists from the dance music scene in Seattle, for co-hosting an experimental music festival in support of ANTiPODE.
KOPI, a record label and creative platform based in Tehran, for hosting a house party in Tehran that was remotely projected in Seattle.
Research, for kindly supporting us with music and cross-promotion.
Cafe Suliman and Cantina Sauvage for helping us with drinks.
Forest for the Trees and RailSpur for generously providing us with a venue, equipment, and supporting us in promotion, along with clear and friendly communication.
PublicDisplay.Art for providing visibility to Seattle Art Community.
Seattle Office of Arts & Culture for their funding and professional guidance.
Many friends who supported us throughout this exhibition.
